A silver vehicle is slammed as a load of lumber breaks loose and falls from a flyover above, according to horror dashcam footage.

The highway traffic was flowing slowly, oblivious to the impending dangerous collision.

Hundreds of wooden planks crashed into the road as the silver Chevrolet approached the flyover, pushing the vehicle aside.

Fortunately, the strange collision on Interstate 83 near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, did not result in any injuries.

The driver declined medical attention, and there were no injuries.

Red Bank Road was temporarily closed, as was Liberty Hall.

The military vehicle is thought to have been an M109 howitzer.

The cause of the crash is being investigated by authorities.
