IDENTITY THEFT RUSE! Indiana Man Arrested for Impersonating Brother
According to the LaPorte County Sheriff’s Department, a guy who is 44 years old was taken into custody and is currently facing a felony charge after he lied to the authorities and said that he was his brother who was wanted.
A disturbance was reported to have occurred in the vicinity of Lakeshore Drive and Hudson Boulevard on Tuesday evening at approximately eight o’clock, according to the actions taken by the county police. In that location, an officer discovered a guy who identified himself as Joseph Miller, 43 years old. Miller was discovered to be wanted in Marion County on counts of felony theft and misdemeanor criminal trespass, according to the Indiana State Police.
He was taken into arrest, and it was then that it was discovered that the individual in question was Mark Luzar, who resides in Flat Rock, Indiana, according to the police. According to the police, Luzar was arrested on a charge of creating a fake identity statement and then freed after posting a cash bond. He was brought into custody.
