Instagram star Lili Spada dies aged 42 after sudden cancer battle when she found tumour ‘out of the blue’
Tragically, a 42-year-old GLAM beauty influencer passed away from cancer.
With one million Instagram followers, Lilian Martins Gomes was most well known as Lili Spada.
This summer, the Brazilian disclosed that she was fighting cancer.
Due to her precarious health condition, Lili, who produced content regarding plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures, subsequently declared that she would be taking an indefinite hiatus from social media.
Additionally, according to her team, she is currently fully focused on her recuperation.
According to the Brazilian Centre for Hydroliposuction, with which she was partnered, she passed away on Wednesday.
Since their hearts are in sadness, they announced that all of their activities would be halted for two days in observance of the influencer.
Her recent cancer diagnosis is thought to have contributed to her death, albeit the precise cause has not been disclosed.
According to one close friend, she unexpectedly discovered a tumor.
In 2014, Lili began sharing content about beauty procedures, usually in a lighthearted manner.
She had a well-liked Instagram page and an 85,000-subscriber YouTube channel.
According to NeedToKnow, Lili was a prosperous entrepreneur who ran a beauty center.
She also has friendships with a number of famous Brazilians.
“Heaven woke up in celebration, and we are here in mourning,” added fellow influencer Mari Menezes.

In her hometown of São Paulo, Lili’s funeral was held the same day she passed away.
