Israel pounds Houthis with massive missile blitz blasting rebel-held ports & power stations in revenge strikes

Iran-backed Houthi rebels have been the target of a barrage of lethal and intense missile attacks from Israel.

The horrific retaliatory attacks on rebel-held ports and power plants in Lebanon are said to have claimed the lives of at least nine terror group combatants.

The explosion that tore through Hodeidah, Yemen, overnight is captured in dramatic video.

In the planned attacks, Israel sent scores of its surveillance planes and fighter fighters close to the border.

For the first time, they targeted the rebel-held capital of Sana a and dropped a number of potent missiles on the port of Hodeidah, according to the IDF.

A massive fireball explosion was seen on camera as one of the Israeli strikes exploded at a power plant.

Smoke billowed into the night sky as the seismic explosion propelled a mushroom cloud into the air.

Hodeidah was also torn apart by another bomb, which illuminated the port.

Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, the IDF’s spokesperson, claimed that the attacks were a response to the “Houthi terror regime” striking Israel.

Earlier in the week, the IDF destroyed a Houthi hypersonic ballistic missile attack, but huge shrapnel wreaked havoc over Ramat Gan.

As the falling debris showered throughout the city, families were forced to flee for safety.

In the days before, the terror group based in Lebanon also launched a second missile and a drone attack on the Jaffa region.

The “operation achieved its goals successfully,” according to the Houthis.

Hagari went on: “The Houthi terror group, which is supported by Iran, has attacked the State of Israel with hundreds of missile and unmanned aerial vehicle attacks over the past 14 months.

“The Houthis have been carrying out attacks against Israel in violation of internationallaw, and the Houthi regime is a threat to peace and security in the region.”

As they have done throughout the Middle East over the last 14 months, the IDF spokesperson also pledged to keep attacking their adversaries in Lebanon.

Since the Houthis promised to destroy Hamas, another terror group, after the October 7 slaughter, Israel and the Houthis have been at war.

For more than a year, the Iranian military has used the Houthis and Hamas as proxies, threatening to strike Israel.

Since last October, Israel’s military has been stationed around the Middle East, with the most recent operation concentrating on Syria in the wake of Bashar al-Assad’s overthrow.

Since last Sunday, the IDF has launched 300 airstrikes on Syria, targeting military aircraft and vessels belonging to the overthrown dictator.

They claim that the flurry of attacks is intended to prevent terrorists from obtaining the regime’s weapons and military equipment.

Syria saw a massive explosion on Sunday, the “heaviest strikes” to strike the region in more than ten years.
