Jake Ferguson and Haley Cavinder labeled ‘the new Kelce and Swift’ after Dallas Cowboys star’s tribute to girlfriend

FANS have hailed Jake Ferguson and Haley Cavinder as a partnership to rival Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift after seeing how the Dallas Cowboys’ star paid tribute to her.

Tight End Ferguson and Miami Hurricanes Guard Cavinder have been going strong in their relationship for over a year.

In September they shared pictures together celebrating their first year together.

And on Sunday, Cavinder, 23, got a special shoutout from Ferguson as he wore her green No14 jersey before the Cowboys’ game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Cowboys shared a video of the 25-year-old arriving at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, while wearing the fit.

Reacting on social media, one fan said: “She the new Taylor Swift.”

A second said: “Travis Kelce called and asked for his swag back.”

A third added: “Bro livin,” followed by a trio of fire emojis.

Another said: “Obsessed.”

Cavinder’s twin sister, Hanna, who also plays as a Guard for the Hurricanes, said: “My royal couple.”

Cavinder herself responded to one post with a trio of blushing emojis.

She has previously been seen wearing Ferguson’s No87 jersey.

Although Ferguson apparently likes to claim it was the other way around.

However, the jersey did not prove to be a good luck charm for Ferguson.

The Cowboys were on the end of a 34-6 thumping as they failed to score after half-time, giving up 20 by contrast.

Meanwhile, Haley is in her final year of college basketball, with the Atlantic Coast division just two games in.

Cavinder scored 12 points in the 78-53 win over Stetson on November 4 and Monday’s 74-71 win over the Jacksonville Dolphins.

She has 11 rebounds and four assists from the two games.

Her team’s next game comes against the Florida Gators on Saturday.
