Jason Kelce announces new career venture live on Jimmy Kimmel Show after suffering another wardrobe malfunction

NFL legend Jason Kelce has expanded his media empire with a new show.

In a visit on Jimmy Kimmel, the 37-year-old Philadelphia Eagles legend revealed his most recent endeavor.

After retiring, Kelce joined ESPN this year and is a member of the Monday Night Countdown crew.

Additionally, he affirmed a new program in collaboration with the network.

In the upcoming year, the 37-year-old will host late-night television.

On Friday evenings in January, he will host a program titled “They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce,” which will be recorded.

As the NFL regular season draws to a close and the playoffs get underway, the five shows will air.

“I loved late-night shows,” Kelce stated on Kimmel.

“I’ve adored them for ages. I recall watching Conan O’Brien with my buddies during sleepovers.

“We’re going to have a bunch of guys up there – legends of the game, friends that I played with, coaches, celebrities.”

Every Wednesday, Kelce and his brother Travis host a podcast called New Heights.

Kimmel asked him whether Travis would appear on the new ESPN program.

Travis Kelce in stitches following brother Jason’s chaotic analyst debut on ESPN as ex-NFL star laughs ‘can I say that?’

“He’s probably going to be busy,” acknowledged Jason.

“Maybe he gets a first round bye and we can sneak him on for an episode.”

With the Kansas City Chiefs, Travis is aiming for an unprecedented third consecutive Super Bowl victory.

Another altercation between Jason and an irate fan outside the studio was also captured on camera.

A member of the public heckled him in a foul-mouthed diatribe, according to footage that TMZ was able to obtain.

‘It was a short retirement!’

Jason Kelce’s NFL retirement was short-lived.

Following the 2023 season, the former tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles announced his retirement.

However, in 2024, he will be featured on ESPN’s Monday Night Football broadcast.

Every week, Kelce will make an appearance during the halftime show and on Monday Night Countdown from 6 to 8 p.m. ET.

He remarked, “It turns out that it was a brief retirement.”

Growing up, ESPN was a constant in our home, and it influenced who I am and how much I love sports in general.

It’s a complete circle to now show up on that same screen.

Additionally, it’s Monday Night Football! and I’m eager to play football.

Eventually, though, the 37-year-old got out of his car to shake the fan’s hand and sign autographs.

On Kimmel’s show, Kelce also experienced yet another wardrobe issue.

Back in September, when he made his Monday Night Countdown debut, he neglected to bring his suit and had to get a new one.

Additionally, he appeared on the chat show this time sporting a t-shirt that he had recently bought from an outdoor gift shop.

Kelce chuckled and said, “I’ve made the mistake before of forgetting to pack,”
