Jim Harbaugh’s Nfl Return Sparks Draft Buzz for Michigan Players

Jim Harbaugh, who returned to the ranks of the National Football League as a champion, is the new head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers, and the team is beginning a new era. In his seven-round mock draft, Chris Trapasso, an NFL Draft expert for CBS Sports, predicts that a total of thirteen Michigan players will be taken. However, other seven-round mock drafts predict that as many as seventeen former Wolverines would be selected.

Harbaugh will indeed select two of his former players, according to Trapasso. Linebacker Junior Colson will be selected in the third round, and running back Blake Corum will be selected in the fifth round.

This offseason, a record number of 18 Michigan athletes were invited to participate in the combine, which was a record for the school.
