Jim Irsay sparks major health concerns with appearance as Indianapolis Colts owner, 65, is spotted at Jaguars game
Jim Irsay, the owner of the Indianapolis Colts, is causing NFL fans to worry about his health.
Irsay was observed being moved about by helpers beneath Lucas Oil Stadium.
A wheelchair-like device was observed pushing Irsay following the Colts’ season-ending game.
Irsay, who has mostly avoided the spotlight during the 2024 season, made the uncommon appearance.
Despite his health problems, he hasn’t spoken anything about leaving his position or selling the Colts.
Irsay acknowledged attending treatment for alcoholism and a painkiller addiction at least 15 times in a 2023 interview with HBO Sports, but he claimed that he hasn’t had alcohol since 2002.

Although Irsay denies being under the influence, he was arrested in 2014 for driving while inebriated.
He said that rather than booze, a hip operation was the cause of his sobriety test failure.
According to The Athletic, Irsay was also discovered unconscious in his house in 2023 after allegedly taking too much medication.
Fans have expressed worry about Irsay’s health on social media due to these ongoing problems and, more recently, his appearance.
“Oh my God? “Is he really that poor?” a fan said.
“Yeah, it’s past time for him to relinquish control,” remarked another admirer.
A third fan said, “What happened to this man?”
“He should have taken better care of himself, but he didn’t. A fourth admirer remarked, “He’s too young to be like that.”
“If this doesn t show that it s time to pass the torch idk what does,” commented a fifth fan.
Irsay is still making choices about the Colts even though he doesn’t seem to be in very good shape.
The team is keeping head coach Shane Steichen and general manager Chris Ballard, he said in a statement on Sunday.

“As we close out this season, I can’t tell you how disappointed I am that we failed to win the AFC South and earn a playoff appearance,” Irsay wrote in a letter.
“Our squad and everyone that wears the Horseshoe are held to a high level in this city. The goal is to compete for championships and win our division. I don’t think [fans] should have to settle for just being on the verge of the playoffs.
“However, the NFL rapidly changes from week to week and season to season, therefore I’ll always have hope that this squad can advance!
