Josh Allen sends clear message to Patrick Mahomes and Chiefs after his Bills beat Ravens in huge playoff game
Shortly after the Buffalo Bills solidified their Divisional Round victory against the Baltimore Ravens, Josh Allen had a message for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Next Sunday, the Bills will play the Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes in the AFCC championship game after winning 27–25.
The Ravens will now face a difficult opponent after Buffalo’s defense caused them to turn the ball over three times.
The Chiefs, who are vying for their third consecutive Super Bowl championship, will be the team the Bills go to play.
Josh Allen was asked why he thought the AFCC championship game versus the Chiefs would be different by CBS Sports reporter Tracy Wolfson after the game.
In the NFL playoffs, Allen has a 0–3 record versus the Chiefs.

“I can’t tell you that [if the outcome will be different],” Allen stated in the interview conducted after the game.
“I have no doubt that we will put in a lot of effort. This week is going to be amazing.
“This one is going to be fun for us tonight. Tomorrow, we’ll focus on the Chiefs.
“We are aware of their identity. In the NFL, they are the standard for what you want to be.
“To get past them, you must defeat them.
“So, we’re going to enjoy this one tonight.”
At the half, Buffalo led 21-10, but Lamar Jackson and the Ravens rallied to trim the deficit to 21-19 going into the fourth quarter.
But in the last three minutes of the game, the Bills would lead by eight points when tight end Mark Andrews fumbled.
With 1:57 remaining in the game, the two-time NFL MVP Jackson tossed a touchdown to reduce the margin to two.
But Andrews’ drop on the two-point convert gave Buffalo the victory.
