Josh Duggar ‘makes himself a target’ to inmates by strutting around prison grounds with ‘luxury’ sunglasses and sneakers

Because JOSH Duggar is wearing expensive sunglasses and sneakers while strolling around the jail grounds, he is making himself a target for prisoners.

Since June 2022, Duggar, 36, has been incarcerated at FCI Seagoville in Dallas, Texas, for 151 months on child pornography allegations.

On November 22, the disgraced reality star made a comeback when he was seen strolling along the prison’s track in exclusive pictures that The U.S. Sun was able to secure.

Duggar wore Under Armour sneakers, which may cost anywhere from $65 to $120, and sunglasses in the pictures.

Since Duggar had to place a special order, or SPO, the U.S. Sun could verify that the commodities are not available for purchase in the prison commissary.

According to an exclusive jail insider who spoke to The U.S. Sun, prisoners could place bespoke orders for sneakers or sunglasses from particular suppliers. Up to two or three months may pass.

STAR SIGHTING?

Josh Duggar ‘signs autographs’ for inmates’ loved ones behind bars

Since the order must be paid for in cash, families or loved ones must contribute money.

Attorney Adam Michael Sacks of Beverly Hills, who has defended clients in federal prison, described how inmates could be put in danger by products that are not frequently available, such name-brand sneakers and sunglasses.

You are putting yourself at risk when you wear sunglasses and sneakers because other prisoners might try to take them from you. You must be cognizant of such matters.

In prison, sunglasses are considered a luxury, and other inmates will covet anything decent you have. You are preparing for conflict.

Mr. Sacks clarified that Duggar must be considered incarcerated.

He seemed unconcerned. Regarding the pictures, he stated, “He’s just going about his life, walking around.”

SPECIAL PRIVILEGES

According to a previous article in the U.S. Sun, Duggar enjoys benefits while incarcerated since he lives in a remodeled hostel with unique features.

In Dorm 6, where Josh resides, they completed painting the walls and got flowers installed. According to a person who spoke to The U.S. Sun, it has been converted into an honors dorm.

As an honors dorm, they are entitled to additional privileges and building renovations. Microwaves, dryers, and other appliances are available.

They are attempting to establish a model prisoner hostel.

According to the informant, Duggar is not qualified to dwell in the dorm since he might be receiving preferential treatment because to his celebrity status.

Josh doesn’t seem to be employed, but they are allowing him to stay because he is pursuing a degree.

They have chosen to waive the rules that would have prevented him from residing there due to his experience at SHU a few years ago.

When Duggar brought a cell phone into the prison in February 2023, he was placed in the Special Housing Unit, sometimes known as solitary confinement, in FCI Seagoville.

In March of the same year, he was discharged from the SHU.

Additionally, the source earlier told The U.S. Sun that Josh has been signing signatures for inmates’ relatives on newspaper articles about him.

‘INHUMANE CONDITIONS’

However, The U.S. Sun remarked on the “inhumane conditions” of the institution overall, even with the extra treatment.

A source near a Seagoville prisoner told The U.S. Sun that they have been receiving half quantities of meals for months.

They’re giving them ridiculous portions of deli meat, half buns, grits, and little portions of corn.

It’s crazy; people are forced to purchase food from the commissary or risk going hungry.

“Loved ones’ complaints have not been addressed.

“FCI Seagoville provides all Adults in Custody with food that is consistent with the National Food Menu, including portion size,” Seagoville said in response to a request for comment from The U.S. Sun.

“We thoroughly analyze any complaints regarding the organization and services rendered, and we take them very seriously.

“Currently, FCI Seagoville has not received any complaints regarding any aspect of the institution’s Food Service Department.”

Additionally, the source previously informed The U.S. Sun that the food they receive frequently expires. They’re always at least a few weeks old, and they’re just fucking disgusting. It’s also similar to milk. Everything that can’t be expired for that long, etc.

They had a batch of cereal that was contaminated with bugs, making it impossible for anybody to eat it.

The insider went on to claim that food occasionally runs out at the facility.

According to the source, The meals are tiny enough that you will go hungry if you cannot afford to buy food on commissary, but it has only ever been one or two days at a time.

LIFE AT SEAGOVILLE

The daily creative activities offered in the penitentiary were previously covered by the U.S. Sun.

The U.S. Sun was able to collect images of prisoners walking the track, playing basketball, tennis, pickleball, and horseshoes.

Early in the morning and late in the afternoon, prisoners get leisure time.

According to the insider, prisoners could also play musical instruments. During recreation hours, they occasionally play guitar outside.
