Kansas City Chiefs floor Dallas Cowboys as new top NFL team as latest live ratings are revealed

The Kansas City Chiefs are at the top of the NFL’s TV ratings, which were released prior to Week 12.

The Dallas Cowboys have lost ground to Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs as the NFL’s best television team.

According to the league onX, the NFL is averaging 17.5 million viewers per game after 11 weeks of play.

NFL Network’s international games and Peacock and ESPN+’s exclusive streaming broadcasts are not included in the figure.

The NFL Week 11 total of 17.5 million is the highest since 2015.

The Chiefs continued to lead the Cowboys as the league’s top TV team following their defeat to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

With 31.14 million viewers, the Chiefs vs. Bills game earned the highest TV viewership of the season.

Kansas City had a 9-0 record going into the game and was undefeated.

Up until now, the Chiefs have appeared in four of the top five most viewed games.

Only one of those games has involved the Cowboys, and that was against the Baltimore Ravens, which attracted 27.3 million viewers.

Despite the two crushing defeats after quarterback Dak Prescott sustained a season-ending torn hamstring injury in Week 9, Dallas has remained a popular team.

During Week 11 of Monday Night Football, 17 million people saw the Houston Texans defeat the Cowboys 34–10.

The Week 11 MNF broadcast had the highest viewership since 2006.

Additionally, 24.61 million people watched CBS’ broadcast of the Philadelphia Eagles’ 34-6 victory over Dallas last week.

Even though the election season falls during the first two months of the NFL campaign, overall TV ratings have gone up.

NFL ratings fell 8% in 2016 compared to the year before.

Additionally, when examining the NFL’s primary TV windows in the two weeks leading up to and following the November 5 election, ratings stayed consistent this season.

According to Nielsen data, which Sports Media Watch cites every week, primetime games drew an average of 18.48 million viewers in the two weeks leading up to Election Day.

18.18 million people watched the same windows on average in the two weeks after Election Day.

In Week 12, neither the Cowboys nor Kansas City will play in primetime.
