Kanye West accused of sexually assaulting America’s next top model star while filming music vid that was ‘like porn set’

RAPPER A federal lawsuit has accused rapper Kanye West of sexually abusing a model on the “porn-like” set of a music video.

Jenn An, a former star of America’s Next Top Model, is suing West, who is now known as Ye, for allegedly engaging in “pornographic gagging” and “BDSM festishes” on the set.

Regarding the 2010 incident in which she claims West choked her until she blacked out, An is now suing Universal Music Group.

Before “towering over” her, “breaking heavily,” and “smothering” her face, she claims he told her to sit on a chair.

He yelled, “This is art,” and reports that this continued for over a minute. F**king art, this. I resemble Picasso.

He allegedly then “rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex.”

Defendant West started strangling the plaintiff with one hand on camera.

According to Rolling Stone, “He then put his other hand around her neck and proceeded to strangle her with both hands.”

Then he gagged her by jamming a number of fingers down her neck and repeatedly moving them in and out.

TMZ has obtained court records from the New York lawsuit that describe her experience as the lead in West and La Roux’s “In For the Kill” music video.

“Give me the Asian girl” is apparently how West chose her from a lineup for the project.

He reportedly remarked, “That’s why I chose you,” after she had been dressed in little underwear for the photo shoot at a hotel in New York.

La Roux reportedly told a friend that she had witnessed some “upsetting, unsettling” behavior on the set, according to An.

Neither An nor West feature in the final edit of the music video.

“High-profile figures” attempted to “bury” the occurrence, according to an allegation in the lawsuit.

West’s representative has been contacted by The Sun for comment.

An made an appearance on “America’s Next Top Model” cycle 13.

The most recent lawsuit against West comes after one that was filed in October, alleging that West created a “sexual playground” in his office.

According to the lawsuit, which was seen by The Sun, West’s wife Bianca Censori served as his “sex party coordinator” and was filed by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta.

While working for the rapper and in the months that followed, Pisciotta alleges that he mistreated her, including raping and drugging her during a party that Sean “Diddy” Combs threw.

West has previously called the accusations “baseless” and disputed all of her claims.

The former Instagram star and OnlyFans model, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022 as his Chief of Staff at Yeezy, initially filed a lawsuit against him in June.
