Kentucky State Police Capture 16-Year-Old Murder Suspect from Indiana

DEBARYLIFE – Kentucky State Police report that on Sunday, they made an arrest in Western Kentucky of a 16-year-old Indiana murder suspect.

According to KSP, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office was notified on Friday by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office in Indiana that a murder suspect had visited a relative’s home in the Eddy Creek region of Lyon County.

Throughout the weekend, KSP detectives and troopers monitored the property.

The suspect was seen at the property on Sunday at around 3 p.m. CST, and the KSP said that there was no more issue after his arrest. The KSP press statement omitted the suspect’s identification.

The Indiana Lake Station Police Department is in charge of the murder investigation.
