Key Euphoria star reveals she won’t return for season three after time jump twist
Following a time leap twist, an EUPHORIA star has announced that she would not be returning for the show’s third season.
When the hit drama’s return was confirmed, fans were ecstatic following a rumored string of delays.
The third season will skip ahead in time, and Zendayare will reprise her role as Rue Bennett, a beloved character.
Actress Storm Reid, however, has revealed that Rue’s younger sister will not be returning.
She stated in an interview with Rotten Tomatoes: “I am very looking forward to season three.
“I am incredibly grateful to HBO’s cast and crew, even if Gia will not be returning for the third season.

“Euphoria’s a really special thing, and I’m so glad that that’s a part of my legacy and that I was a part of such a cultural phenomenon I can’t wait to see what season 3 has in store.”

In the past, HBO CEO Casey Bloys denied rumors that production delays had affected Euphoria.
“I believe we have a start date, mid to late January,” he stated.
