Knife-wielding man tased by Warren police after driving car into 7-Eleven
Around midnight, in the vicinity of 12 Mile and Schoenherr, Brian Steele had driven his car into a 7-Eleven before threatening to kill others while brandishing two knives.
(FOX 2) Warren, Mich.Last week, a 46-year-old man who was intimidating patrons and staff at a convenience shop in Warren was safely taken into custody by police.
Around midnight, in the vicinity of 12 Mile and Schoenherr, Brian Steele had driven his car into a 7-Eleven before threatening to kill others while brandishing two knives.
Responding cops’ body cameras captured footage of a heated confrontation with a blood-covered Steele. In the end, officers arrested the man after subduing him with their taser.
On December 27, a store clerk called 911 regarding a person carrying a knife. While they awaited the arrival of the police, the staff had locked themselves.
A rebellious Steele and his girlfriend were among the two cruisers who arrived at the site. Police claim that Steele’s blood came from self-inflicted wounds prior to their arrival.
Steele yelled at the police to hurt him during the altercation. Steele fell to the ground as the officers urged him to put down the knives before administering a taser.
The 46-year-old Brian Steele was accused of multiple offenses.
Before bringing Steele to the hospital for medical attention, officers found two sharpened kitchen knives during the inquiry. After that, he was sent to the Warren jail.
Steele faces the following charges, which were disclosed by the prosecutor on December 30:

A $250,000 cash/surety bond was issued to him.
Steele frequently commits fourth offenses.
