Kroger reveals all 1,200 locations will change their hours for the entire day and Walmart isn’t any help

Kroger and other large merchants’ hours will be affected by an impending shopping blackout.

Holiday consumers will have to make advance plans as the grocery store will be changing its retail schedule for 24 hours in the next several days.

Thanksgiving, which falls on Thursday, November 28, is little over a week away.

Americans will be rushing to cook turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and other delicacies for the national holiday.

Since Thanksgiving will affect many grocery stores’ hours, anyone planning to prepare a Thanksgiving meal should arrange to obtain their ingredients before next Thursday.

Kroger will either close several of its locations for the day or only be open for a restricted number of hours.
