Lauren Conrad reunites with Laguna Beach cast and classmates twenty years after show debut

Twenty years after the show’s premiere, Lauren Conrad, star of LAGUNA Beach, has reunited with the cast.

Getting back together for a high school reunion The Laguna Beachcast and the class of 2004 reunited over the weekend, 20 years after the television premiere of the show about their adolescent years.

After being chosen for the reality TV show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, 38-year-old Lauren Conrad became well-known.

The popular program, which debuted two decades ago, chronicled the lives of Laurena and her friends as they went to high school and grew up in their community.

The three seasons of the show mostly centered on the private lives of a number of Laguna Beach High School students.

The show was popular with fans when it was first headed by seniors Lauren Conrad, Lo Bosworth, Stephen Colletti, Morgan Olsen, Trey Phillips, and Christina Schuller, as well as juniors Kristin Cavallari and Talan Torriero.

Additionally, Lauren, who has since pursued a career in fashion design and writing, shared photos from her 20-year high school reunion on social media.

She wrote, “We had so much fun celebrating our 20-year (!!!) high school reunion last night,” in Sunday’s Instagram post.

“Thank you to @hotellagunaweddingsandevents for hosting us!”

Lauren posted some pictures of herself wearing a long beige coat, black pants, and a fitted black top to her old high school friends.

The reality actress, who went by the nickname “LC” on the popular program, posted a picture of her yearbook photo with the words “Lauren Tell (Conrad)” printed on her lanyard from the occasion.

The cast previously got back together in 2020, so this isn’t the first time.

The cast got together for a virtual catch-up via Zoom four years ago to reflect on their experience on the show.

Lauren also posted a photo from the reunion event, showing herself posing with Dieter Schmitz and Trey Phillips, two more Laguna Beach alumni.

Lauren also posted a few pictures from a photobooth that she and her classmates and co-stars took.

The group of former Laguna Beach stunts shared a picture of two photobooth strips, showing them smiling together in the gold-backed photo booth.

The caption read, “LBHS Class of 2004. 20th Reunion. November 30, 2024.” in the photobooth.

Two years after its premiere, the series Laguna Beach ended.

A common criticism of the show was that it seemed to make up its plots.

‘FABRICATED STORYLINES’

Many, including co-star Kristin Cavallari, believed that the show’s producers inflated the love triangle that was emphasized in the first season by taking advantage of Lauren’s connection with Stephen Colletti.

Although Kristin said the producers mistreated her and “forced [her] to be a b—h,” she also clarified that her distaste for Lauren was genuine.

“The producers were really crappy to me,” she stated in a 2013 interview.

Additionally, Kristin has acknowledged that the actors had to perform “a lot of pickup scenes,” which resulted in some scenes being aired “out of order.”

She recalls being instructed to “pretend like prom hasn’t happened” after it had been “to pretend like prom just happened.”
