Lottery officials warn $1 million ticket will expire in days if winner does not come forward – and it was bought at Wawa

For months, a LUCKY lottery player has been unwittingly a millionaire, but they need to take quick action to get their money back.

Back in the summer, the unidentified ticket holder won a $1 million prize.

However, if the winner doesn’t claim the money within a few days, it will be gone.

The Cash 5 lottery ticket, which was purchased in Virginia, matched each of the five numbers in the June 11 draw.

The winning slip was purchased on the day of the draw at a Wawa in Mechanicsville, and its location has been identified.

However, the player has a short window of time to locate their ticket and go to the lottery office because lottery winners have 180 days to claim their winnings.
