McDonald’s adds beloved Holiday Pie to menu in select cities – how to check if ‘delicious’ treat is near your location

IT’S getting closer and closer to Christmas and that means McDonald’s fan favorite Holiday Pies are back.

The golden arches have announced that the tasty treats will return to locations across the county from Friday November 15.

However, not all restaurants will be lucky enough to serve up the beloved Holiday Pies, and they’re available only while supplies last.

The Holiday Pie was first added to the McDonalds menu back in 199 and has been something foodies look forward to every year to celebrate the festive season.

You’ll be able to order the desert from the Sweets & Treats menu along with the classic Apple Pie.

The McDonald’s Holiday Pie is made with “creamy, smooth custard nestled in a flaky, buttery crust, glazed with sugar and topped with rainbow sprinkles,” according to the fast food chain, and comes in at 260 calories.

Don’t wait too long to try the Holiday Pie though, it won’t be on the menu for too long.

Usually the dessert bids a final farewell after New Year when it’s replaced by another tasty treat.

Last year, the Holiday Pie was available to order until around January 9, but the availability also depends on how quickly supplies last.

So certain popular location may run out of the Holiday Pie before others.

Where will the Holiday Pie be available?

A McDonald’s spokesperson told USA Today customers should check the McDonald’s mobile app to see if they can get their hands on the Holiday Pie at a location close to them.

First reactions to the Holiday Pie

Some lucky foodies have already got their hands on the tasty treat and have taken to social media to rave about it.

One McDonald’s fan, who goes by fan Bootleg Food Review on TikTok, recently shared a video of them trying the creamy pie.

“This isn’t a review today. Oh no, it is not. It’s just an annual reminder that the McDonald’s Holiday Pie is once again out at limited locations and it’s the most perfect pie that they’ve ever put on the menu,” they said.

“10 out of 10 and happy holidays.”

Meanwhile, another food-focused TikTok account Jas and Kam Food Reviews managed to try the Holiday Pie early.

“It feels better already, that custard filling on the inside it reminds me of a confetti cookie,” they said.
