McRib returns after multiple ‘farewell tours’ but fans ‘don’t understand the hype’ & reveal photos of ‘squashed’ burgers
The much-loved McRib sandwich is making a brief comeback to the menu across the country.
Fans of McDonald’s, however, have not wasted any time in pointing out problems with the fatty sandwich.
McDonald’s has finally brought back the cult classic McRib, which is prepared with pork, barbecue sauce, pickles, and onions.
The McRib, which was first made accessible across the country in 1982, has had numerous “farewell tours” and brief menu appearances since it was discontinued as a permanent item in 2005.
For a brief period, beginning on December 3, foodies can once more enjoy the fast food chain’s beloved sandwich.
In a news statement, Tariq Hassan, McDonald’s chief marketing and customer experience officer, stated that the McRib is more than just a sandwich; it’s a part of culture, a legend, and an occasion.
