Metro Detroit road conditions: All crashes cleared after numerous collisions Monday morning

The week is filled with cold temperatures.

DETROIT (FOX 2):Police responded to many crashes in Metro Detroit on Monday morning as icy weather poured.

Some of those collisions resulted in the closure of entire roads, while others blocked multiple lanes of freeways.

WB Davison reopens in Detroit

After being closed due to a collision, all lanes of westbound Davison are now open at I-75 as of 10 a.m.

Although it was previously closed, the left lane of eastbound Davison is now open.

EB I-696 closed in Macomb County

Following several hours of closure due to a collision, eastbound I-696 reopened Groesbeck in Macomb County at 12:40 p.m.

Lane closures on other freeways

Police dealt with collisions on I-94, I-75, and Southfield Freeway in addition to the complete closures.

No information regarding the crashes has been released by the police.
