Metro Detroit weather: Quiet, cold end to the week ahead of some weekend snow
The week closes frigid, but not as severe as it has been, after a nasty start. Alan Longstreet knows what’s coming up.
DETROIT (FOX 2):The week’s end will be calm and chilly.
Even though a few snowflakes might fly, they won’t be too many.
There may be further snow showers on Saturday night, and they may continue into Saturday morning. Totals for the weekend will remain low, between 0.5″ and 1.0″.
The temperature will drop today, but we’ll aim for 30 degrees this weekend and get a little extra “warmth” early next week.
