Miami-Dade Prosecutors Consider Dropping Charges Against Diddy’s Alleged Drug ‘Mule’
DEBARYLIFE – Charges in Miami-Dade against a friend of “Sean Diddy” Combs who is suspected of acting as a “mule” for the music mogul’s guns and drugs may soon be dropped.
Brendan Paul was taken into custody at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport on March 25 and was later arrested for having sweets laced with marijuana and cocaine, according to an arrest affidavit from Miami-Dade Police.
An accomplice of “Sean Diddy” Combs, who is allegedly acting as a “mule” for the music mogul’s drugs and firearms, was arrested in South Florida, according to newly released police body camera footage.
After being accused with possessing cocaine, Paul, 25, had the allegation of possessing a controlled substance withdrawn.
Paul accepted the offer from the prosecution to enroll in a diversion program, according to Paul’s lawyer on Thursday. The lawyer claimed that once he finishes the program, the case against him will be dropped.

According to documents, the program has a six-month duration.
Paul was arrested at the same time that Homeland Security officers conducted raids on Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami Beach.
The drugs that Miami-Dade Police allegedly took from Brendan Paul.
The raids were related to an ongoing investigation into sex trafficking, at least five law enforcement sources told NBC.
Combs’s legal representative termed the raids an “unprecedented ambush” and declared that the mogul “is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”
