Miami Dolphins issue Grant DuBose health update with receiver hospitalized after scary collision during game
Following a frightening hit, the Miami Dolphins have provided an update on wide receiver Grant DuBose’s condition.
DuBose was hit in the head and had to be taken off the field.
After being hit, DuBose spent the night in the hospital and did not return to South Florida with the Miami Dolphins.
Upon removing him from the field, medical personnel took off his shirt and helmet in order to treat him.
Calen Bullock of the Houston Texans, who was not impacted by the helmet-to-helmet contact, struck DuBose.
Before being carried off the field, the Dolphins receiver stood still for more than ten minutes.

But according to the Dolphins’ comforting health report, DuBose seems to be recovering.
“After sustaining a head injury in yesterday s game, Grant DuBose remained at a local Houston hospital for evaluation overnight,” the players wrote in a statement.
“He is mobile in all limbs, and preliminary examinations have shown promising outcomes.
“He remains under the care of doctors for continued observation.”
DuBose’s colleagues huddled in a prayer circle while he was on the field because they were so worried about his health.
During the incident, head coaches Mike McDaniel of the Dolphins and DeMeco Ryan of the Texans were both spotted cuddling in the center of the field.
“When you see a guy down on the field like that, it’s very hard to see and we’re just praying that all is well with him and that he recovers as quickly as possible,” Ryans stated.
Bullock apologized for the hit after the game and received a penalty for being too rough.
When Bullock said, “I was praying that he would be OK,”
“I wasn’t trying to go out there and hurt nobody.”
NFL fans sent their best wishes for DuBose’s recovery, as he is probably going to miss the remainder of the season.
