Missing Jayna Lang found dead after she disappeared on last-minute shopping trip sparking week-long search
Police have confirmed the death of a missing lady who was last seen after going shopping for Thanksgiving.
A week after Jayna Lang, 46, disappeared from her house on November 24, her body was discovered.
She informed her brother, Eric Horvat, via text that she was heading to a shopping mall near her Littleton, Colorado, home.
However, her supervisor contacted her family after she failed to report for duty on Monday.
Authorities verified the devastating discovery on December 2 after a week-long search and a request from law enforcement and family members.
A family member told Denver-based Fox affiliate FOX31 that Jayna was found dead after allegedly committing herself on the evening of December 1.
