Yager informed police he had been in a collision and is thought to have collapsed in a parking lot.
However, officers detected the odor of alcohol on his breath.
The results showed that his blood alcohol level was 0.14 over the legal limit of 0.08.

He has been accused of hit-and-run, DUI, and failing to stop at a stop sign.
For the hit-and-run case, police placed his bond at $1,500.
