Moment ‘first EVER nuclear-capable ICBM is used in war’ showering Ukrainian city in blasts as Putin exacts his revenge

Shocking video captures what is believed to be the first intercontinental ballistic missile launch in combat, as part of Russia’s retaliatory strike against Ukraine.

Images of missiles raining down on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro showed what seemed to be six separate warheads from a Russian R-26 Rubezh ICBM, which is capable of carrying nuclear weapons.

According to reports, it hit the Yuzhmash defense facility in Dnipro after being shot from the Kapustin Yar test range in the Astrakhan region of Russia.

Up until now, the antiquated R-26 Rubezh had never been utilized in a hostile manner.

It seemed to have been utilized for a conventional rocket attack early this morning, despite being built to carry a lethal nuclear payload.

According to some observers, if the use of the Rubezh is verified, it will be the first time an ICBM has ever been used in combat.

Russia CONFIRMS Ukraine long-range missile attack as UK slams ‘depraved’ Putin

Russia’s brutal reaction to Ukraine’s double-tap long-range missile attacks this week included the massive attack on Dnipro.

Kyiv launched British Storm Shadow rockets on Wednesday and US ATACMS missiles against Putin’s land overnight on Monday.

Russia said it would “react accordingly” after embassies in the country’s capital, Kyiv, were forced to close yesterday due to concerns about a retaliatory bombardment.

It is believed that an RS-26 Rubezh intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) was launched this morning by Putin’s army.

Additionally, the Kremlin sent out Tu-95MS strategic bombers to attack beleaguered Ukraine with cruise missiles.

In the midst of the bombardment, NATO scrambled F-16 warplanes above Poland, placing radar and air defense systems on high alert.

Unconfirmed video seemed to show a fire and an explosion in several locations throughout the nation.

Images showed rescue personnel at the scene of a burning house in Dnipro.

Additionally, the areas of Myrhorod and Kremenchuk were bombarded.

In a strange moment caught on tape, Maria Zakharova, the spokeswoman for Russia’s foreign ministry, was instructed midway through a press briefing to refrain from commenting on the alleged ICBM strike.

In the middle of the televised conference, she was seen taking a call.

A supposedly senior diplomat was heard over her microphone saying: “Masha [Maria], ballistic missile strikes on Yuzhmash [defense plant in Dnipro].”

“Now, the Westerners are discussing it. Don’t make any comments.

Additionally, she criticized the opening of a new US ballistic missile defense facility in the Polish village of Redzikowo.

A “list of priority targets for potential destruction which, if necessary, can be executed with a wide range of advanced weapons” is what Zakharova claimed it had been placed on.

“This is a serious moment that I come before the committee,” Defense Secretary John Healey said before the Defense Committee on Thursday.

According to defense intelligence, the front line is less steady now than it has been since the early stages of the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022.

“In recent weeks, Putin and his soldiers have clearly escalated their actions.

“While the Ukrainian actions on the battlefield speak for themselves, be in no doubt that UK Government is stepping up our support for Ukraine, determined to continue doubling down our support for Ukraine.”

Moscow has been warning for months that Ukraine’s employment of Western long-range missiles would be a significant step up in the conflict.

September saw a growling It would “mean that NATO countries are at war with Russia,” according to Putin.

A decision allowing Ukraine to fire American missiles inside Russia was approved by President Joe Biden on Sunday.

According to the Kremlin, it was the official crossing of a red line, raising the possibility of nuclear retaliation.

Dmitry Peskov, the chief Kremlin lapdog, swore that Ukraine’s soldiers’ use of Western non-nuclear weapons may provoke a nuclear retaliation as Putin’s propagandist puppets spewed threats against the US and UK on television.

On day 1000 of the bloody conflict, Ukraine made a significant advancement when it struck a military depot in Bryansk with ATACMS rockets.

The moment Ukraine allegedly fired Storm Shadow rockets inside Russia for the first time was captured on camera Friday night.

A citizen of Kursk was seen pointing at the sky in the unconfirmed video before massive bangs could be heard in the distance.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian defense experts claimed that other overhead footage purporting to depict the strike recorded missiles bursting a facility in Kursk with an underground control room.
