NFL fans worried for Patrick Mahomes after new footage of missed Travis Kelce throw which cost Chiefs a touchdown
FANS are growing concerned about Patrick Mahomes’ lack of production on the football field.
Mahomes is on pace to have one of the worst statistical seasons of his NFL career.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is throwing less yards and touchdowns per game than he has in years, and it is becoming more and more noticeable on the field.
Mahomes’ accuracy has come into question in recent weeks, especially in the Chiefs’ Week 10 win over the Denver Broncos.
The Chiefs barely snuck out a win in that game, defeating the Broncos 16-14.
However, they could’ve been in line for a much bigger win if Mahomes had a more accurate day.

There were two plays in the game where Mahomes missed wide open receivers for touchdowns.
Early in the fourth quarter, Rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy went streaking down the sideline and beat his man.
He was wide open for the touchdown, but Mahomes’ throw drifted out of bounds and didn’t hit Worthy in stride.
If they connected, it would’ve been a 51-yard touchdown to give the Chiefs a 20-14 lead.
Later in the fourth quarter, the Chiefs were on the edge of the end zone when Travis Kelce found himself wide open in the back of the end zone.
Mahomes noticed this, but he ended up sailing the pass over his head and out of bounds.
That play also would’ve given the Chiefs a 20-14 lead, but they instead settled for a field goal to go up 16-14.
These two missed touchdowns could have been damning, had it not been for the Chiefs defense.
The team’s field goal unit blocked a game-winning field goal by the Broncos with time expiring to take home a thrilling win.
While fans were happy with the win, they still aired out their concerns about Mahomes on social media.
“He misses worthy every week. He’s looking like ridder out there,” one fan said.
“I think he’s been off this year,” another fan said.
“He has been lousy this season,” a third fan said.
“His Defense Is Carrying Him!” a fourth fan said.

“His aim has not been as good,” a fifth fan said.
Despite his lesser play, Mahomes and the Chiefs are still undefeated and will look to continue their dominance against the Buffalo Bills in Week 11.
