As the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office investigates the death of two foster parents, three suspects who have been in custody since Wednesday may appear in court for the first time on Friday.

Three individuals were inside the house at the time, according to police: 74-year-old Stevie Smith and a married couple, Jeffrey Bernhard, 52, and Jennifer Bernhard, 48. There were also two little girls inside the house.
