After their shocking 38-0 loss to the Broncos on Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs were left stranded in Denver.
Andy Reid and company suffered a crushing defeat at Empower Field after resting some important players, like as Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes.
And when they became stranded in the Mile High City, their weekend took a turn for the worst.
As a blizzard raced across the Midwest on Sunday, the airport in Kansas City was forced to close.
The Chief was consequently unable to return by plane until Monday am.
At 8:30 a.m. local time, the team bus departed the hotel for the airport.

After that, they returned to Kansas considerably later than they had originally anticipated.
Before the game, a winter storm caused even more travel problems for the Chiefs as they made their way to Denver.
After becoming stuck on the runway, they departed Kansas City four hours later than planned.
According to Fox News, the Chiefs were scheduled to depart on Saturday at 2:45 p.m.
But they didn’t actually depart until 6:30 p.m. ET.
Fortunately for the Chiefs, they had secured the top seed before the NFL regular season finale.
In the meantime, the Broncos’ decisive victory on Sunday guaranteed them a postseason berth.

“Are you resilient enough to endure the low points? We had a 0–2 record, but we managed to win in Tampa while traveling.
“That East Coast swing was a significant stretch. You can feel more confident once you can achieve some success. After that, it turns into a self-replicating entity.
“We started to see new players flourish in some positions, and some veterans—some important veterans—come in and fill in for us because it’s difficult to have confidence if you haven’t really shown it yet.
Therefore, a variety of trades were successful. I’m pleased with them.
