Patrick Mahomes touchdown celebration sparks Chiefs-Bills fight as Travis Kelce runs in to defend his quarterback
Following a Patrick Mahomes touchdown, the AFC Championship game turned chaotic.
In the final zone, Mahomes took a shot from the defender but managed to get a touchdown with his legs.
A defender grabbed Mahomes as he entered the end zone and threw him to the ground.
His Chiefs colleagues rushed to his defense because they didn’t like that move.
One of those guys who jumped to Mahomes’ defense right away was Travis Kelce.
As he sprinted down the field, he collided with the Bills defender who struck Mahomes.

Announcer Jim Nantz remarked, “Kelce came over and said ‘what’s up with that?'”
A minor altercation broke out on the field as a result of the Chiefs players’ arrival, which prompted other Bills players to rush into action.
The Chiefs applied a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for that altercation during the subsequent kickoff.
After a while, the altercation was resolved, and the game went on without any problems.
However, NFL fans weren’t happy with what happened since many believed Kelce should have also been flagged for taunting.
On social media, those supporters expressed their opinions regarding the officiating.
“Back to back weeks Kelce doesn’t get called for taunting,” a supporter commented.
Another fan remarked, “Don’t call the taunting penalty,”
“The referees belong to KC. Going on years,” remarked a third admirer.
As one fourth fan put it, “Looks like taunting to me.”
