Pennsylvania Crime: Pair Arrested for Kidnapping, Sexual Abuse of 4 Women in Monroe Co.

On Tuesday, the Pennsylvania State Police were able to rescue four victims, who were only characterized as “females.” These victims had been kidnapped and confined in a shipping container, and some of them had been sexually abused. The victims were found at homes in Smithfield Township, Monroe County, according to the officials present.

State troopers seized two men, Isaiah Rogers-Keeney, 19, of Middletown, and Davaun Carlon Jackson, 29, of East Stroudsburg, after they learned that the two men had reportedly kidnapped four female victims. According to the officials in charge of law enforcement, the two men were apprehended.

At approximately 10:44 a.m. on Tuesday, the two individuals were discovered at a Walmart Supercenter in Mount Pocono, which is located in Monroe County. The couple was subsequently taken into custody by the police.

After receiving information that Rogers-Keeney and Jackson were in a Ford SUV with two victims on Pennsylvania Route 33, law enforcement officials stated that troopers were notified about the situation.

According to officials from the police department, both males were taken into custody when troopers discovered the vehicle in the parking lot of a Walmart Supercenter in Mount Pocono. It was there that they came across Rogers-Kenney and one of the victims. The troopers also saw Jackson leaving the Walmart shop with a second victim, according to the police officers who were present.

The guys are believed to have transported four female victims to a residence owned by Jackson in Smithfield Township on Monday, according to the investigators who are investigating as per nbcphiladelphia.

According to the allegations made by the police, while they were at that site, the guys led the four female victims into a shipping container, where three of the victims were restrained and bound with rope.
