Pepsi unveils new holiday flavor and fans say it tastes identical to an old classic – but you won’t see it in stores

Prior to Christmas, PEPSI will introduce a new flavor to its fan base as part of their festive preparations.

There are only two essential ways to obtain it because the limited-time offer is extremely exclusive and won’t be sold in stores.

Food and drink insider Markie Devo (@markie_devo) posted on Instagram that the Pepsi Gingerbread Zero Sugar Mini Cans will be available to consumers starting on December 4.

A video of Devo opening and tasting the holiday-themed Pepsi, which arrived in a tiny gingerbread home box, was included.

Pepside describes the taste as a “warm & indulgent blend” of several spices and aromas, such as ginger, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

After tasting it himself, Devo corroborated this, mentioning molasses undertones and stating that it was almost exactly the same as a prior Pepsi alternative known as Holiday Spice.

The influencer told viewers, “For those old-school cats who know about that, it’s tasting like Pepsi Holiday Spice.”

About ten years ago, in 2004, Pepsi Holiday Spice was introduced as a part of another short-lived holiday season campaign.

Additionally, it included ginger and cinnamon flavors to add a peppery aftertaste that emphasized the celebrations.

In 2006, the unique drink was phased out.

With the release of the 7.5-ounce Pepsi Gingerbread Zero Sugar Mini Cans in 2024, it appears that an improved version is returning.

ACT FAST

According to Devo, the Pepsi TikTok Shop is the first of two ways interested people can obtain it.

As long as supplies last, customers who buy two 10-packs of Pepsi Mini Cans in the flavors of Diet, Original, Real Sugar, Wild Cherry, or Zero Sugar will receive a complimentary Pepsi Zero Sugar Gingerbread Mini Can.

Between December 4 and December 11, there is a huge giveaway for Pepsi Zero Sugar Gingerbread, albeit that option might not last long.

Customers can enter to win Pepsi Zero Sugar Gingerbread Mini Cans if they visit the Pepsi website during the designated time frame.

Many consumers are already thrilled about the opportunity to purchase Pepsi’s product this year.
