Pittsburgh Steelers make final decision over Mike Tomlin being fired after another playoff flop against Ravens
The Pittsburgh Steelers have finally decided on Mike Tomlin’s future.
Following their disastrous playoff loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the head coach is under intense pressure to be sacked.
His team’s unfortunate demise from the Wild Card Round came after they were defeated 28–14.
It was the Steelers’ sixth straight postseason loss.
However, the AFC North team has decided whether or not to give up on Tomlin.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that he will not be let go this offseason.

This is in spite of the public outrage from analysts and fans.
Despite the humiliating early playoff exit, the team wants to keep him for the 2025 campaign.
Prior to this NFL season, Tomlin had only agreed to a three-year deal.
He will remain with the team until 2027 as a result.
He is the league’s longest-serving head coach.
The 52-year-old’s annual salary is $15 million.
Under Tomlin, the Steelers have now fallen in the opening round of the playoffs eight times.
He has spent eighteen years with the team.
Gerry Dulac, a Steelers insider, shared the shocking information on social media.
The enraged Steelers supporters have called for change as a result of that.

“I’m going to have to make every home game hell for him,” one supporter angrily said.
“The preseason is when the Fire Tomlin chants begin.
Another said: “Steelers supporters will have to use their money and call-in talk shows to express their disgust and ideas.
Tomlin’s resignation appears to be left open by Mr. Dulac’s perspective.
“Is @coachtomlin a trustworthy person?
“He and his family know the rumblings and they’re well-deserved.”
