Prince William reveals plans for Christmas Day as he enjoys lunch with soldiers & their families

At a military celebration, Prince William adds some joy and announces that he will be spending Christmas with forty-five family members.

“There’s no way I’m ready,” he added, adding that they would all be in the same room.

The 42-year-old Prince of Wales spoke with the Mercian Regiment at Wiltshire’s Bulford Camp.

In his capacity as colonel-in-chief, Wills had lunch, gave out gifts, and interacted with soldiers and their families.

In the meantime, King Charles presented Lissie Harper, the widow of deceased PC Andrew, with a new Elizabeth Emblem medal yesterday in honor of public officials lost while performing their duties.

When asked about the Royal Family’s Christmas plans, he expressed the desire to spend the holiday season in Norfolk taking long walks with the family dog.

Alexander Fitzgerald was five years old when William asked him what he wanted for Christmas.

After they talked about playing Mario Kart, his father, Sgt. Lee Fitzgerald, 39, stated: “He said he wanted a Nintendo Switch and when they talked about it, William said he was supposed to let your dad win sometimes.”

To the celebration, all service members and their families donned Christmas jumpers.

Isobelle McNeil, 10, and her five-year-old brother Hunter gave William a Father’s Day cap and a Christmas card addressed to George, Charlotte, and Louis.

When William asked what Father Christmas would gift him, Hunter said that he would get a large Tyrannosaurus Rex, according to mother Fiona Dewar McNeil.

“He said ‘I hope all your dreams come true’.”

Additionally, William received a handmade Christmas card from seven-year-old Sanganoo Kejhan.

William laughed as 14-year-old Dylan Potter showed that he had on two Christmas jumpers.

Afterwards, he stated: “I inquired as to what a prince did for amusement.

“He said he likes watching movies and hanging out with his children but because he is over 40 finds fun hard to come by.”

While speaking with families, William also disclosed that he and Kate have been watching Netflix shows together, including as “Black Doves,” which stars Kiera Knightly.
