Russia’s bloody war in Ukraine has killed or injured a MILLION people.
Over 10,000 people are killed or injured in Ukraine every week on both sides, according to NATO leader Mark Rutte.

According to Rutte, increasing investment was essential to averting the next major conflict from taking place on NATO territory.
He said that Putin had increased Russian defense spending to the highest level since the Cold War, at 7% to 8% of GDP.
