Ramapo Reports List Violations By Monsey Bus Drivers in Child-Striking Incidents
In March, a 6-year-old child was injured on West Maple Avenue, resulting in a crash. Eugene Bashinsky, 45, was the driver of a private school bus for Avoides Meshleim Feish Inc.; incident papers from the Town of Ramapo police were recently obtained by News 12.
Based on municipal documents, Bashinksy was charged and released on an appearance ticket for allegedly operating a bus without proper registration or insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Documents reveal that Hashy Worch, 54, a driver for United Talmudical Academy of Monsey, was given a citation in April for allegedly hitting a 6-year-old girl who was with her mother when he was passing a school bus.
