In an interview with FOX 5, Hairston’s great-aunt Florence James urged others to come forward.
“Someone recorded an observation. A person has heard something, and someone knows something.
Thus, I’m requesting that you be a stand-up person and come up and share your knowledge,” James remarked. “It’s still so surreal that you just still can’t believe that something like that happened to our Nyah.”
The FBI is attempting to assist in the case’s resolution as well.
