Vrabel can hold everyone accountable and stabilize the organization, according to Gronk.
“This guy is going to keep everyone accountable in the organization from the coaching staff to the players,” Gronk said.
“He will hold himself accountable as well as the front office employees accountable.
“I want to reiterate that this man is knowledgeable, powerful, and going to be fantastic.
“He knows how to discipline players.”
In addition to offering Vrabel some guidance, Gronk also offered his opinion on the team’s offensive coordinator.
“If I’m Mike Vrabel, the first thing I do is call up Josh McDaniels, a familiar foe to Patriots fans,” Gronk stated.
“Hire him as offensive coordinator as soon as possible.”
On social media, NFL fans expressed their opinions about Vrabel’s hire and agreed with Gronk.
“Gronk s right, Vrabel s no-nonsense approach could be just what the patriots need,” a fan commented.
