Rob Marciano drops $1.2m on suburban New York home featuring private beach access after landing CBS weatherman job

After landing a job at the network, CBS weatherman Rob Marciano spent $1.2 million on a suburban New York property with exclusive beach access.

After being fired from ABC in April for allegedly having anger management problems, Rob, 56, was hired in October 2024.

According to real estate records, Rob bought a new house on November 15, 2024, for $1,201,000, which The U.S. Sun can exclusively disclose.

Since he paid a $12,010 mansion tax, the residence is regarded as a mansion.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the 1,745-square-foot house.

Hardwood floors run the length of the house.

A fireplace and a sizable picture window overlooking the patio and beautifully landscaped rear are features of the living area.

The main suite, located on the same floor, features a contemporary bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in closet.

A laundry room, connecting garage, and bathroom are all located on the level.

The remaining two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second level.

The private beach and dock are accessible from the beachfront home.

Rob had been paying $3,250 a month for a 2,000-square-foot condo with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

After he and his ex-wife Eryn parted ways in 2021, he moved into the flat.

On July 1, 2022, the former couple sold their marital home in Rye, New York.

The house, which had five bedrooms and six bathrooms, sold for $2.7 million.

MOVING ON

The purchase of the house follows The U.S. Sun’s exclusive October 2024 images of Robhouse hunting in Westchester County.

Rob was spotted strolling to and from his automobile to view a large suburban New York house that was not the one he bought.

The weatherman wore blue jeans, a baseball cap, and a polo shirt for the expedition.

Rob and his ex-wife, a real estate agent, were spotted together during a tour of the house. They seem to get along well and co-parent their two kids, Mason, age six, and Madilynn, age twelve.

Rob was represented by Eryn’s company, even though she was not identified as an agent for the home transaction.

ROB’S DIVORCE

After 11 years of marriage, Eryn filed for divorce from Rob on June 18, 2021.

On January 5, 2023, they completed their divorce.

According to the online docket, custody was also resolved during the divorce, and in January 2022, a lawyer was assigned to represent their children.

Since introducing her lover on social media early this year, Eryn has moved on to someone else.

WORK ALLEGATIONS

Rob left ABC in April 2024 to take a position at CBS News.

The New York Post claims that his departure was related to his inability to control his wrath.

Rob was apparently momentarily barred from the ABC studios prior to his termination because he covered the weather by reporting from different areas.

Page Sixhe was removed from ABC Studios for “making a female colleague feel uncomfortable,” according to multiple sources.

“He was found to have done something that was improper, but he was punished for it, and they still haven’t let him return,” a source told the publication prior to his termination.

“He made people feel uncomfortable,” a second insider told the newspaper. There was a time when there were several problems and concerning incidents.

Neither the colleague’s name nor the specifics of what transpired between the two were disclosed by the sources.

He did, however, have behavioral issues throughout his divorce from Eryn, according to a second source.
