Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs to remain in hell-hole jail as disgraced rapper’s $50million bail denied for 4th time ahead of trial
A court rejected Sean “Diddy” Combs’ request to be released on Wednesday, meaning he will remain in custody until his trial on sex-trafficking allegations.
For the past ten weeks, the disgraced music mogul has been detained in a Brooklyn jail.
Due to concerns that he would tamper with witnesses, Combs had been denied bail three times since his arrest.
On September 17, the producer and rapper entered a not guilty plea to allegations that he sexually abused women through his record label, Bad Boy Entertainment, and business empire.
The abuse, according to the prosecution, was forcing women to participate in “freak offs”—recorded sexual performances—with male sex workers who were occasionally moved over state boundaries.
Combs, 55, has denied any wrongdoing, and his attorneys have claimed that the prosecutors’ account of the sexual behavior was consensual.

After hearing arguments during a two-hour session in Manhattan federal court on November 22, US District Judge Arun Subramanian issued a written order announcing the judgment.
