Seven-year-old girl’s tragic cause of death revealed after she was tied to a crib & had mouth glued shut by evil parents

The death of a seven-year-old girl who was discovered tethered to her crib with her mouth sealed shut has been the subject of shocking new information.

When Violet Mitchell passed away, her parents said she had the illness, and she weighed only 29 pounds.

However, a medical report that described the youngster as “skin on bones” has disclosed the terrible reason for her demise.

According to a report by Oklahoma-based ABC affiliate KOCO, Violet died after swallowing a baby bottle.

The child’s intestines were blocked by the rubber lid of a baby bottle in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Whether the impediment was purposeful or unintentional is unclear.

However, Violet’s parents, Anthony Yonko and Lisa Mitchell, were taken into custody by the authorities in August of this year.

After the preliminary inquiry, two more individuals—uncle David Yonko and aunt Tiffany Mitchell—were later taken into custody.

In relation to Violet’s death, all four have been charged with second-degree murder.

Four to five days prior to her death, Violet weighed fifty pounds, according to her father, but she dropped weight after contracting the illness.

In August, her parents took her to the hospital, where she passed away.

In addition to a bacterial illness and injuries to her cheek, shoulder, and left leg, her cause of death was determined to be “failure to thrive.”

Violet was blue, rigid, and covered in soot when she was taken to the hospital, according to officials, and it looked like she had both inside and external damage.

with addition, they said she had red liquid leaking from her mouth and was covered with bruises.

Her body, according to the medical examiner, was in a hospital gown, covered by a blanket, and had “sunken eyes, wearing a diaper that was otherwise sized for a three-year-old.”

Tera Day, Violet’s cousin, claimed that the girl’s parents had starved her, beaten her, and poured boiling food on her.

Two days before to being taken to the hospital in August, she told KFOR that she had given Violet carrots, mashed potatoes, and chicken nuggets.

Her words, “She looked malnourished,” “She only told me that her parents loved her, without sharing any further information.

“That’s all she said and she cried and I took her back home.”

Tera further claimed that as part of their abuse campaign, Violet’s parents assaulted her with a broom and sealed her mouth shut.

The two were also charged in the arrest warrant of leaving Violet in the cot while they were out and binding her limbs with zip ties.

Mitchell and Yonko have both entered not guilty pleas to the allegations.
