Since there were still no buyers, the price of the house was cut once more on November 11 to $389,900, which is what real estate websites indicate the house sold for.
The 1,441-square-foot house was purchased by Garrison for $329,000 in December 2021.
According to the real estate website, “The house has air conditioning, vinyl floors, and new paint.”
“The main floor includes a kitchen, pantry, laundry/dryer dryer, office/den with 3/4 bathroom, and living area with gas fireplace.
There are four bedrooms with lofty ceilings upstairs. Upstairs is a complete bathroom as well. In addition to a tiny walled backyard, the house offers a small fenced-in courtyard.
The residence has shown in TLC Sister Wives episodes.

TRAGIC LOSS
Kody and Janelle’s son died by suicide and was shot and killed.
The suicide occurred in his home’s bedroom.
On the morning of March 5, Garrison’s brother Gabeon discovered his body.
According to the police report that The U.S. Sun was able to get, Gabe informed the authorities that his older brother “had been struggling with mental health concerns and alcohol abuse.”
Janelle informed officials that the night before he committed suicide, Garrison “stopped texting” and sent “troubling messages.”
Authorities were informed by Janelle that she “should have gotten Garrison help in the past.”
ESTRANGEMENT FROM KODY
He was separated from his father, Kody, she added.
For years, Garrison and Kody, a father of eighteen, had a turbulent relationship.
According to Sister Wives, Garrison and Kody had a falling out because he disobeyed his father’s stringent COVID regulations.
Since Kody seldom ever saw his three wives, Meri, Christine, and Janelle, and his children with them, they also fought about his decision to live full-time with his fourth wife, Robyn, and their five children.
