Starbucks confirms date for new winter menu – but customers are ‘curious’ about new ‘formula’ of a fan favorite

As they settle in with their fall favorites, STARBUCKS lovers are already looking forward to the surprises that winter will bring.

Information about the new menu launch was leaked by an Instagram food influencer, and The U.S. Sun verified the precise date with Starbucks.

On his social media profile, Markie Devo (@markie_devo) posted a picture of some of the new menu items from the coffee company.

We were able to verify that Starbucks customers can anticipate trying the new products on January 2, 2025.

According to Devo, his followers are becoming more interested in the “speculated” new menu because it includes a new food item and a range of hot and cold beverages.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, he even alluded to a February menu.

READY TO ORDER

According to Devo, patrons can anticipate a selection of cold brews and lattes.

He mentioned the following beverages:

  • Cortado: Devo claims it contains three ristretto shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso with steamed whole milk, but explained the drink only comes in a “short” option.
  • Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado: Devo said this drink has three ristretto shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso, brown sugar syrup, cinnamon powder and steamed oat milk. This, too, only comes in a “short” option.

According to Devo, the recipe has evolved for matcha enthusiasts. The matcha powder, according to him, is “completely unsweetened.” He claimed that by default, just the traditional syrup is used to sweeten it.

There will be a new method for creating the iced matcha, Devo added.

According to him, baristas will use the blender instead of the shaker since it has been “proven to mix powder better.”

He hinted at the reappearance of the cream cold brew and pistachio latte.

Devo hinted at a new addition to the menu, but the vanilla bean custard danish is coming back.

The Spicy Falafel Pocket would be added to the mix, he said. It is characterized as a toasted flatbread encasing smashed falafel, pickled onions, roasted red bell peppers, creamy hummus, and a hot herb sauce. The dipping sauce will be a brand-new Chipotle almond dip.

There is no information on the cost, but the size of the drink will determine the price.

For instance, a Venti/large costs $7.65 before tax at a New York City Starbucks, whereas a short Chestnut Praline Latte costs $6.85.

Location will affect availability and cost.

Some of Devo’s fans quickly pointed out that they don’t see their favorite drinks, like the chocolate raspberry cake pop, Irish creme cold brew, and smoked butterscotch latte.

HOLIDAY CHEER

Starbucks is getting ready for the holidays.

There are now locations that provide the festive meal.

Favorites like the caramel brulee latte, peppermint mocha, peppermint white chocolate, and gingerbread oat milk chai are among them.

The dark toffee bundt, turkey sage danish, and cran-merry orange refresher are new holiday menu offerings.
