DEBARYLIFE – Officials said that a tornado made landfall near Westmoreland, Kansas, on Tuesday afternoon, leaving one person dead and three others with minor injuries.
The tornado was recorded at about 4:40 p.m., according to a statement from Pottawatomie County officials. It is one of almost 200 that have been confirmed in the Plains and Midwest since Friday.
