Suspect busted after trying to meet child for sex at Holly business

FOX 2, Holly, Mich.A company from Indiana that stops child predators online met a man who went to a Holly business to have sex with a girl he believed to be 12 years old.

On November 22, Holly Township resident Daniel James Kring, 35, attempted to meet up with a 12-year-old girl at a store on Saginaw Street, according to Holly police.

Police claim that the Indiana-based gang met Kring by using an adult decoy who had posted on social media as a juvenile. Kring allegedly “almost immediately began having graphic sexual conversations with the decoy.”

According to the police, Kring allegedly texted the decoy explicit pictures of himself and proposed that they meet for sex at a Holly business.

After traveling to Holly, the Indiana group met Kring and called the police to provide them proof of the lewd talks.

Kring is now accused of using a computer to commit a crime and harassing a youngster for immoral reasons.
