Taco Bell fans fume chain is jumping on bandwagon with new menu item & ‘straying too far from what it’s supposed to be’
Fans of the fast-food company are not happy with a new item that TACO Bell has added to its menu.
They feel that the eatery, which is well-known for its Mexican-inspired dishes including nachos, tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, is going “too far” from its origins.
This response follows Taco Bell’s announcement this month of the nationwide debut of its Crispy Chicken Nuggets.
All-white chicken is used to make the Crispy Chicken Nuggets, which are then marinated in mild buttermilk or jalapeño and coated with crunchy tortilla pieces.
Three sauces are included with these nuggets: Jalape o Honey Mustard Sauce, which blends sweet honey, fiery jalape o, and tangy mustard; Taco Bell’s Bell Sauce, which is savory and sour with “subtle notes of chili peppers”; and a brand-new addition, Hidden Valley Ranch Fire Ranch Sauce.
In addition, the nuggets will be served alongside a value meal that includes the return of nachos. Fries and five or ten pieces are included with meals.

Beginning on December 19, foodies can purchase this meal at participating Taco Bell restaurants across the country.
Not all fans, though, are pleased with it, and many are venting their annoyance on Facebook.
One angry customer asked, “Why is every fast food restaurant just turning into a chicken nugget/tender place?”
“Chicken nuggets after fries.You’ll tell me that Taco Bell will start serving cheeseburgers next month,” another irate person said.
“I get that Taco Bell isn’t authentic Mexican food, but they are straying too far from what it’s supposed to be.”
