Target confirms all 1,963 locations will shut down for entire day during retail blackout – and Walmart won’t be any help

Major businesses like Target will be affected by an impending retail blackout as the holiday season gets underway.

In only a few weeks, the 1,963-location business will shut down for the day, but Walmart won’t be an option.

Although Cyber Monday and Black Friday are behind, the holiday shopping season is still going strong.

Americans will need to be aware of an impending retail blackout as they scramble to tick off every gift on their shopping lists.

Like a lot of other stores, Target will be closed for 24 hours on Christmas Day.

The retail behemoth will be closed on the holiday to give its employees time off, so those wishing to visit the aisles for some last-minute shopping will need to make plans in advance.
