“Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story” is a 90-minute film that debuted on Saturday to a massive 2.88 million viewers.
According to Programming Insider, the number made it the most-watched program on cable that evening.
After the Texas-Texas A&M game on ABC, which attracted 9.46 million viewers, it was also the second most watched television event.
During the primetime window, the film outperformed five other college football games.
