Terry Bradshaw tells Michael Strahan ‘that hurt’ after Fox NFL Sunday co-star poked fun at Pittsburgh Steelers legend
Terry Bradshaw believes that during his NFL career, he ought to have won more MVP honors.
During a Fox NFL Sunday interview, the renowned quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers made a self-referential statement.
This season, the Fox NFL Sunday cast was selecting this season’s MVP during the Week 13 episode.
Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills, Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens, and Saquon Barkley of the Philadelphia Eagles were mentioned by a few crew members.
But to end the segment, Terry Bradshaw had a bit of a wildcard pick.
He brought up himself rather than one of the NFL’s best players.

Bradshaw remarked, “I actually should have won it more and I didn’t,”
“I’m a little upset, okay.”
Michael Strahan was quick to criticize Bradshaw’s length of time playing in the NFL.
“I was gonna say we’ll go back but I don’t know if they even kept records,” he replied.
“We’ll figure something out for you.”
“Oh now that hurts,” responded Bradshaw.

The 1978 season was Bradshaw’s only MVP award during his NFL career.
In his 14-year career, he was only nominated for the award twice.
But Bradshaw’s career included four Super Bowl victories, earning him a place in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
In the process, he also took home two Super Bowl MVP awards.
On Fox NFL Sunday, he is loving giving himself shoutouts, but viewers don’t like it when he deviates from the script and have advised that he quit.
